Downloading a Zoom cloud recording

Here are the steps for downloading a Zoom recording from the Zoom cloud.

  1. Open your browser and log in to your Zoom account at: https://umsystem.zoom.us/ or the Zoom URL that you normally use.
  2. On the left menu, select Recordings (See Fig. 1).

  3. On the Cloud Recordings tab, locate the recording in the list and select the box to select it/them.
  4. Select the More link and select Download (See Fig. 2).

  5. Your recording file(s) will be downloaded to your browser’s default download folder.
