Preparing students to use Respondus LockDown Browser
Windows or Mac
Students can download LockDown Browser on their own devices.
The download page provides information on system requirements and a quick overview video. The installation is fast and easy, and only needs to be done once (per device). A short video and detailed instructions of the process is also available.
iPad/iOS
iPad users with a compatible learning system integration can install the LockDown Browser iPad app from the App Store. For additional assistance, see these instructions for using the iPad app.
Chromebook
Respondus LockDown Browser does work with an extension. Here is more information about using LockDown Browser with a Chromebook.
