Getting attendance reports in Zoom

Zoom creates attendance reports for each of your Zoom sessions. You can also take attendance with Zoom and sync the data with the Canvas gradebook.

  1. Login to umsystem.zoom.us using your username and password.
  2. Select Reports in the navigation menu (See Fig. 1).

  3. Select Usage in Usage Reports (See Fig. 2).

  4. This will open a list of all of your recent meetings with reports. Use the dates at the top to adjust the time frame if you are looking for an older meeting. 
  5. Once you have found the correct meeting report, select the Participant number to access the full report (See Fig. 3).

  6. You should now see an attendance report. You may choose to download the Excel file by selecting Export (See Fig. 4).
