Managing Zoom AI Settings

Zoom AI features are available for use within the UM System Zoom instance. UM System Protected does not have access to any AI features due to the additional security required on that domain.

While these features are available at no cost to users, they are not required for use. You have control over which Zoom AI capabilities you want to use in meetings you host. You can turn these capabilities on or off at any time, and you can choose whether or not to use them in your meetings on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Zoom AI settings are managed by the host of the meeting. Users will see a glowing AI sparkle icon in the top-right corner of the Zoom window if Zoom AI is active during a meeting and will receive a notification describing the capabilities that are active for that meeting.
