Question
How do I create a Ticketing report from TDNext?
Answer
- Log into TDNext Technician Portal
- Click on the blue waffle icon
- Select the appropriate Ticketing application
- Click on "+ Report" and select "Report"
- Complete the following fields:
- Name your report
- Describe your report
- Select the columns you would like to see
- You can add columns by clicking on the "Add" button
- You can remove columns by clicking on the "Remove" action
- You can sort columns by clicking and dragging on the 3 horizontal lines to the left of each field
- Add Filtering to your report
- Select the column from the drop-down and select the operator to determine how it responds in relationship to the value
- Select "is on of" to return tickets that match the value entered
- Select "is not one of" to explicitly exclude values
- Select the value
- Select multiple values by holding down the control or command key
- Order your report
- Select the column to order
- Select Direction of ordering by Ascending or Descending
- You can add additional columns to order by selecting "Add"
- Set the maximum number of rows to retrieve
- Choose a Report Folder
- Owner and Visibility
- Fill out Owner
- Select Visibility
- Add a chart (optional)
- Desktop Delivery
- Select Desktop delivery as Grid or Chart
- Exporting
- Email Delivery
- Add Email Delivery Schedule (optional)
