How do I create a Ticketing report from TDWorkManagement?

Answer
  1. Log into TDWorkManagement Technician Portal.
  2. Click on the View Application button.

  3. Select the appropriate Ticketing application.

  5. Select What type of report you would like to createExample image of the What type of report would you like to create page.
  6. Complete the following fields:
    1. Name your report.Image of the Name your report field.
    2. Describe your report.Image of the Describe your report field.
    3. Select the columns you would like to see.Image of the add columns and remove columns section.
      1. You can add columns by clicking on the Add button.
      2. You can remove columns by clicking on the Remove action.
      3. You can sort columns by clicking and dragging on the 3 horizontal lines to the left of each field.
    4. Add Filtering to your report.
      1. Select the column from the drop-down and select the operator to determine how it responds in relationship to the value.
        1. Select "is on of" to return tickets that match the value entered.Image of the filter section.
        2. Select "is not one of" to explicitly exclude values.
      2. Select the value.
        1. Select multiple values by holding down the control or command key.
    5. Order your report.

      2. Select Direction of ordering by Ascending or Descending.
      3. You can add additional columns to order by selecting Add.
    6. Set the maximum number of rows to retrieve.Image of the maximum number of rows field.
    7. Choose a Report Folder.Image of the Folder field.

      1. Fill out Owner.
      2. Select Visibility.
    9. Add a chart by selecting the Type drop-down arrow. (optional)Image of the Add a Chart section.
    10. Choose the Desktop Delivery.

    12. Add an Email Delivery.
