Turnitin recently enabled the ability to build multipart assignments using the LTI 1.3 (Feedback Studio) integration. Multipart assignments allow for multiple drafts of papers, multi-part papers such as research papers, and more. Multipart assignments are grouped together as a single assignment in Turnitin and appear as multiple assignments in Canvas.

⚠️Note: As with Turnitin LTI 1.3 (Feedback Studio) Standard assignments, there are two grading options for multipart assignments. It is very important to use the same grading option, either Turnitin or the Canvas SpeedGrader, across all parts of the assignment in order to prevent mismatched grades.
⚠️Note: Multipart assignments are not available for the Classic LTI 1.3 (Feedback Studio) integration or for the Canvas Plagiarism Framework integration.
