As of March 23, 2026, Catalog has updated its checkout process by consolidating purchasing workflows for users who would either self-enroll or purchase seats for others. Bulk Enroll and Purchase options will no longer display on the course listing page.
⚠️Note: Purchase Seats for Others will be available if there is a course in the cart that has at least 1 seat and if an admin has enabled the setting to allow users to purchase seats for others. If the setting is disabled, users will not be able to interact with Purchase Seats for Others, even if they attempt to reserve more than 1 seat.
Self-enroll in a single course and check out without using the cart
- On the Listings page, select a course or program and select Enroll (see Fig. 1).
- If the course is free your enrollment will immediately be processed after you create an account or login with an existing account.
- If the course is not free you will be directed to the checkout page to pay for the course. Then you will be prompted to create an account or login with an existing account before the enrollment process is completed.
- You may be required to provide user information.
- Repeat steps 1-4 if you need to enroll in additional self-enroll courses.
