Troubleshooting the 403 error in Qualtrics Canvas

When attempting to add a Qualtrics survey for the first time to your Canvas course you may get a 403 error (See Fig. 1). Please contact the Academic Technology team for assistance.

If this happens, you will need to contact the Qualtrics Admin for your campus so they can grant the API permission.
