If you are unable to access VoiceThread because you receive the error message below, you will need to reset your VoiceThread password (See Fig. 1).
- Select Reset to reset your VoiceThread password. You will receive a verification email to reset your password.
- Enter a new password for VoiceThread.
Note: This is only your VoiceThread password, and you will not need it again. If you do not receive the reset email, please contact at@umsystem.edu.
Once you have completed these steps, you should not encounter this error again. If you do, please contact at@umsystem.edu.
