Log in error

If you are unable to access VoiceThread because you receive the error message below, you will need to reset your VoiceThread password (See Fig. 1).

  1. Select Reset to reset your VoiceThread password. You will receive a verification email to reset your password.
  2. Enter a new password for VoiceThread.  

Note: This is only your VoiceThread password, and you will not need it again. If you do not receive the reset email, please contact at@umsystem.edu.

Once you have completed these steps, you should not encounter this error again. If you do, please contact at@umsystem.edu.
