What Is It?

Passwords and multi-factor authentication (MFA) protect your data by adding a layer of security, making it difficult for unauthorized users to access your online accounts. In order to better protect your information and email, MFA is required when accessing student, faculty, and staff email accounts, MyHR, Pathway, and other webpages protected by Microsoft modern authentication (MA).

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Faculty, staff and student.

How Do I Get Started?

To reset your multi-factor authentication you will need to call the  TSC Helpdesk at 314-516-6034 so we can first verify your identity then reset your MFA. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30am-7:00pm CST and Friday 7:30am-5:00pm CST.
