The Workplace Violence Prevention program provides all employees with tools to successfully prevent and de-escalate real or potential incidents of violence. We want to ensure all employees feel supported, empowered and equipped to recognize, respond to and report any aggression they may encounter in the workplace.

The new framework provides targeted support and practice specifically to each role. The purpose is to provide the right training to each employee.
