HR2003 RN In-Charge Pay:

This policy outlines the eligibility criteria and compensation structure for Registered Nurses working as a designated in-charge. 

HR4002 Holidays:

Our holiday policy delineates the eligibility criteria, pay, and procedures for holiday compensation.

HR5023 Shift Differentials:

Shift differentials are crucial for compensating employees working evening and night shifts. 

HR5033 RNWP (Registered Nurse Weekend Program):

The RNWP policy offers incentives for Registered Nurses working weekends.

HR5034 Weekend Differentials:

Weekend differentials compensate employees for working weekends.

HR5036 Preceptor Pay:

Preceptors play a vital role in training and mentoring new employees.

HR5037 MHTWP (Mental Health Tech Weekend Program):

This program offers incentives for Mental Health Technicians working weekends.

HR5038 SLCS Differential Schedules:

Differential schedule that compensates employees working as Service Line Clinical Supervisors which providing adequate coverage for evening and nights. This is a discontinued policy grandfathered until 6/30/2025.

HR5039 STWP (Surgical Tech Weekend Program):

Similar to the RNWP and MHTWP, the STWP offers incentives for Surgical Technicians working weekends.

HR5041 BH Social Worker Plan:

This plan outlines compensation structures and incentives for Behavioral Health Social Workers.

HR5042 ECMO Plan:

The ECMO plan offers compensation structures and incentives for employees involved in ECMO procedures.

HR5043 Float Pool and Tiger Flex:

This policy addresses compensation structures and guidelines for employees working in float pool and tiger flex positions.

HR5018 On-Call, Standby, and Call back pay:

MU Health Care’s policy regarding on-call, standby, and call-back pay ensures that employees receive appropriate compensation for being available outside of regularly scheduled hours.
