Cornerstone SBX Courses Feed to UKG

Beginning November 19th, Cornerstone SBX (formerly SABA) courses will automatically be added to the schedule in UKG for enrolled employees. Courses will appear in the schedule in a rolling 90-day window, courses scheduled further out than 90 days will appear in UKG once in the 90-day window. UKG will be updated from Cornerstone hourly to ensure correct information and reporting. 

Required Action: 

• Delete duplicated courses. Any courses previously scheduled in UKG will be a duplication to the Cornerstone feed and will need correction. UKG will send an email to the employee and the designated UKG ‘Reports_To’ to notify them that there is a duplication. 

• Only delete the duplicate course that was manually pre-scheduled.

Important Information: 

With this change, please be aware of the following configurations: 

• Email notifications from UKG will be sent to both the employee and the designated UKG ‘Reports_To’: 

• Example: Employee cancels a Cornerstone registration 

• Example: Employee tries to register for a Cornerstone course for a time when they are already scheduled to work (Example shown below)  

• Employees who have multiple assignments (appointments) in UKG will have alerts sent to both ‘Reports_To’. The Cornerstone course will be billed to the primary assignment (appointment) unless manually changed. 

• For departments that do not have “MTG-DEV” listed as a job in UKG, their work structure will be defaulted to their job.
