About Quest
Description
MU Health Care’s Quality, Event, and Safety Tracking (QUEST) System replaced the Patient Safety Network (PSN) in November 2023. QUEST is used to submit a variety of forms, including:

Behavior event reports (including abuse/neglect/workplace violence)

Patient care-related event reports (falls, medication errors, skin impairment, etc.)

Compliments/concerns
-
Staff injury reports
-
Award nominations
-
Emergency response debriefs (TIGER Team, Code Blue, BERT, etc.)
