About Quest

Description

MU Health Care’s Quality, Event, and Safety Tracking (QUEST) System replaced the Patient Safety Network (PSN) in November 2023.  QUEST is used to submit a variety of forms, including:
 

• Behavior event reports (including abuse/neglect/workplace violence)

• Patient care-related event reports (falls, medication errors, skin impairment, etc.)

• Compliments/concerns

• Staff injury reports

• Award nominations

• Emergency response debriefs (TIGER Team, Code Blue, BERT, etc.)

• Staff suggestions
