Competency Submission and Approval Process

Visit the link: Learning Portal- Submit a Competency to upload a competency. Please note that if you are submitting competency on an employee that does not report to you directly, then a proxy access form must be completed first. Once a competency is submitted, the document will be reviewed for completeness. Competencies that do not fulfill the requirements of correct documentation will be sent back to the submitter. The submitter will need to correct the areas of error and resubmit to the Learning Portal using the “Re-submit” button with the notification email.
