How to create a new service request ticket?

Customer Entering Their Own Tickets
Entering a service request from the Client Portal or Service Catalog
- Navigate to the TeamDynamix Client Portal
- Use the Search features to browse to the service you would like to request
- Examine the Service description to ensure that the Service or Service Offerings align with your requirements. If you believe you have identified the appropriate Service, continue to the next step. If this Service does not meet your needs, please return to the previous step and explore the Service catalog once more to locate the desired Service.
- Click the Request Service button on the right

- Fill in the required fields
- Click Submit
Technicians Entering Tickets on Behalf of a Customer
Entering a service request from the Ticketing Application
- Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDNext
- Click the blue and white waffle icon in the top left corner
- Select the "DoIT Ticketing" icon
- Click, "+New" from the top menu bar
- Select, "New Service Request"
Entering a service request from the People Application
- Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDNext
- Click the blue and white waffle icon in the top left corner
- Select the "People" icon
- Search for, and select, the user who you are submitting a request on-behalf of
- Click on the "Tickets" tab
- Select "+New' and click "New Service Request"
