Customer Entering Their Own Tickets

Entering a service request from the Client Portal or Service Catalog

  1. Navigate to the TeamDynamix Client Portal.
  2. Use the Search features to browse to the service you would like to request.
  3. Examine the Service description to ensure that the Service or Service Offerings align with your requirements. If you believe you have identified the appropriate Service, continue to the next step. If this Service does not meet your needs, please return to the previous step and explore the Service catalog once more to locate the desired Service.
  4. Click the Request Service button on the right Image of an arrow pointing to the Request button.
  5. Fill in the required fields.Example image of the fields.

Technicians Entering Tickets on Behalf of a Customer

Entering a service request from the Ticketing Application

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDWorkManagement
  2. Click the View Applications button at the top of the page.

  3. Select the DoIT Ticketing tile.

  4. Click the New drop-down button from the top of the page.

Entering a service request from the People Application

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDWorkManagement.
  2. Click the View Applications button at the top of the page.

  3. Select the People tile.

  4. Search for, and select, the user who you are submitting a request on-behalf of.Image of an example search.

  6. Click the +New button and select New Service Request.
