How to create a new Incident ticket?

Customer Entering Their Own Tickets

Entering an Incident from the Client Portal or Service Catalog

  1. Navigate to the TeamDynamix Client Portal
  2. Browse to the service you would like to request
  3. Click the Request Service button on the right
  4. Fill in the required fields
  5. Click Submit

 

Technicians Entering Tickets on Behalf of a Customer

Entering an Incident from the Ticketing Application

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDNext
  2. Click the blue and white waffle icon in the top left corner
  3. Select the "DoIT Ticketing" icon
  4. Click, "+New Incident" from the top menu bar or "+New" and "New Incident"

Entering an Incident from the People Application

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDNext
  2. Click the blue and white waffle icon in the top left corner
  3. Select the "People" icon
  4. Search for, and select, the user who you are submitting a request on-behalf of
  5. Click on the "Tickets" tab
  6. Select "+New' and click "New Incident"
