Customer Entering Their Own Tickets

Entering an Incident from the Client Portal or Service Catalog

  1. Navigate to the TeamDynamix Client Portal and click on Services.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Browse to the service you would like to request.

  4. Fill in the required fields.

  5. Click Submit.

 

Technicians Entering Tickets on Behalf of a Customer

Entering an Incident from the Ticketing Application

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDWorkManagement.

  3. Select the DoIT Ticketing tile.

  4. Click the New drop-down arrow from the top of the dashboard and select New Incident.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Entering an Incident from the People Application

  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDWorkManagement.
  2. Click View Applications at the top of the page.
