How to create a new Incident ticket?
Answer
Customer Entering Their Own Tickets
Entering an Incident from the Client Portal or Service Catalog
- Navigate to the TeamDynamix Client Portal and click on Services.

- Browse to the service you would like to request.


- Click the Request Service button on the right.

- Fill in the required fields.

- Click Submit.
Technicians Entering Tickets on Behalf of a Customer
Entering an Incident from the Ticketing Application
- Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDWorkManagement.
- Click View Applications at the top of the page.

- Select the DoIT Ticketing tile.

- Click the New drop-down arrow from the top of the dashboard and select New Incident.

Entering an Incident from the People Application
- Navigate to TeamDynamix technician portal, TDWorkManagement.
- Click View Applications at the top of the page.

- Select the People tile.

- Search for, and select, the user who you are submitting a request on-behalf of.

- Click on the "Tickets" tab

- Click the +New button and select New Incident.
