GET App general issues
- Log out of then Back into GET App
- Confirm you've selected the Add to Wallet or Add to Phone option
- Verify Location Services are turned on as Always allow or While using this app.
- If Android device, confirm NFC is turned on in settings.
- Restart phone.
- Confirm App is up to date. Go to the App store to see if an update is required
- If no update is available please uninstall then reinstall the app
- If issue persists please contact Tech Support
