GET App general issues

  1. Log out of then Back into GET App
  2. Confirm you've selected the Add to Wallet or Add to Phone option
  3. Verify Location Services are turned on as Always allow or While using this app.
  4. If Android device, confirm NFC is turned on in settings.
  5. Restart phone.
  6. Confirm App is up to date. Go to the App store to see if an update is required
  7. If no update is available please uninstall then reinstall the app
  8. If issue persists please contact Tech Support
