Detailed Information

GET App general issues

  1. Restart phone if you have not already.
  2. Confirm App is up to date. Go to the App store to see if an update is required
  3. If no update is available please uninstall then reinstall the app
  4. If issue persists please contact Tech Support

 

How to change your Mobile ID to your new phone

Android

  1. Open the Google Wallet app .
  2. Scroll to find your Student ID.
  3. Tap your Student ID.
  4. In the top right, tap More. Remove card.

Apple

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone. You can do this on the old or new device.
  2. Click on your name on the top of the menu.
  3. Scroll down to the list of devices and select the OLD iPhone or Apple Watch (you can see the model version under the name)
  4. Scroll down and select Remove All Cards

Once the cards are removed (this may take a moment), close/reopen the GET app and you will be able to add your mobile student ID to your new device.
