Here are some general troubleshooting methods for issues related to the GET App;

1. Log out, and then log back into the GET App
2. Confirm you've selected the Add to Wallet or Add to Phone option
3. Verify Location Services are turned on as Always allow or While using this app.
4. If Android device, confirm that NFC is turned on in settings.
5. Restart phone.
6. Confirm App is up to date. Go to your phone's App store to see if an update is required.
7. If no update is available please uninstall then reinstall the app.
8. If your issue persists, please contact Tech Support or the ID Office.
