How to find the tickets I have submitted?
Answer
Log into the DoIT Client Portal
Select "Service" from the DoIT Client Portal Menu.

Select "Ticket Requests" from the Services sub-menu.

You are now on the Ticket Requests page, which shows all your open tickets automatically, specifically those marked as New, In Process, or On Hold. You can either scroll through this list to find your open tickets or use the extra search fields to narrow down your results. Furthermore, take note of the "Include requests that I am listed as a contact on" checkbox; checking this will broaden the ticket list to include those tickets where you are listed as a contact.

Tips / FAQs
You can conveniently locate any of your completed or cancelled tickets. Simply use the drop-down menu in the Status Class field to select the Completed and/or Cancelled checkboxes. After making your selections, click the search button. The results displayed will correspond solely to the Status Class options you have chosen.
