Creating and Working a TigerTech Ticket with Invoice and Waiver

Question

How do I create a TigerTech Invoice or Waiver ticket?

 

Answer

Creating a new TigerTech ticket

  1. Login to Team Dynamix TDNext system at https://tdx.umsystem.edu/TDNext.
  2. Select the “DoIT - TT Group Dashboard” option from the desktop menu in the upper right corner.
  3. Use the “+ New Drop Off for TigerTech Repair” or “+ New Data Transfer for TigerTech” buttons at the top to create a new ticket.
  4. Fill out the required fields.
  5. Click the Save button at the top when finished.

Creating/Editing a TigerTech Invoice/Waiver

  1. Login to Team Dynamix TDNext system at https://tdx.umsystem.edu/TDNext.
  2. Select the “DoIT - TT Group Dashboard” option from the desktop menu in the upper right corner.
  3. Use the “TT Open Invoice & Waiver Tickets” or “TT Recently Completed Invoice & Waiver Tickets” tables on the right to find the ticket you are looking for.
  4. Type the ID of the desired ticket into the “Ticket ID” field in the “TigerTech Invoice & Waiver Lookup” module.
  5. Click the “Lookup” button.
  6. Verify the ticket information that appears matches the ticket you are looking for.
  7. Click the “View Waiver” or “View Invoice” button.
  8. The Invoice/Waiver form will open with your ticket info filed in.
  9. Fill out any other fields that need to be filled in.
  10. Click the Save button at the bottom when finished.
  11. A confirmation screen will appear.
  12. To return to the Invoice/Waiver form, use your browser’s Back button.
  13. To return to the TigerTech Desktop, close the Invoice/Waiver form’s tab/window in your browser.

Printing a TigerTech Invoice/Waiver Form

  1. Login to Team Dynamix TDNext system at https://tdx.umsystem.edu/TDNext.
  2. Select the “DoIT - TT Group Dashboard” option from the desktop menu in the upper right corner.
  3. Use the “TT Open Invoice & Waiver Tickets” or “TT Recently Completed Invoice & Waiver Tickets” tables on the right to find the ticket you are looking for.
  4. Type the ID of the desired ticket into the “Ticket ID” field in the “TigerTech Invoice & Waiver Lookup” module.
  5. Click the “Lookup” button.
  6. Verify the ticket information that appears matches the ticket you are looking for.
  7. Click the “View Waiver” or “View Invoice” button.
  8. The Invoice/Waiver form will open with your ticket info filed in.
  9. Use your browser’s Print function to print the Invoice/Waiver form.

Resolving new TigerTech ticket

  1. Login to Team Dynamix TDNext system at https://tdx.umsystem.edu/TDNext.
  2. Select the “DoIT - TT Group Dashboard” option from the desktop menu in the upper right corner.
  3. Use any of the tables on the desktop to find the ticket you are looking for.
  4. Click on the Ticket ID in the table.
  5. The ticket should open in a new window.
  6. Click the “Actions” button in the upper left corner of the ticket window.
  7. Select “Update” option.
  8. The Update wizard should open in a new window.
  9. In the “New Status” field, select the Resolved option.
  10. Add any necessary notes to the Comments field.
  11. Update any other necessary fields.
  12. Click the Save button at the top when finished.
