How can I use Lucid in teaching?

When you create or edit assignment details, you can choose to use Lucid Education Suite as a submission type. The Lucid submission type enables students to connect to and submit Lucidchart or Lucidspark documents.

You may also embed a Lucid document in assignment, discussion, page, quiz, and syllabus pages using the content editor.
What is unique about Lucid?
- Lucid is integrated with Canvas for a seamless user experience.
- Lucid allows collaboration among students and/or teachers, and can be used synchronously or asynchronously.
Who can use Lucid?
Any UM System user with access to a Canvas course. Students may use Lucid in a course once their instructor has enabled Lucid.
How do I get started?
Get started with Lucid by enabling the Lucid (Whiteboard) link in your course navigation menu.
