Canvas Self-Enroll

Canvas Catalog allows a Canvas organization course site to be listed publicly as a self-enroll site for UM System users and non-UM System users to register to as a student.

What is unique about Canvas self-enroll?

• Canvas sites that are set up in Catalog provides a public link that can be shared to users who need to enroll in the organization or non-credit course site.

Who can use it?

UM System users with a teacher role in an organization or non-credit course site can use self-enroll. UM System users, as well as non-UM System users with Alternative Login account created, can then sign up as a student in an organization or non-credit site via the provided link.
