  • If your existing phone is broken or not working you need to request to have it replaced. This is a billable item, which will be paid for by your department.
  • Request a new phone service, for user, department, fax line, alarm line or conference phone.
  • Request to modify the functionality of your phone. You can request shared lines to be added or removed and changes in other programming.
  • Request to have your phone service disconnected. There will be a charge if the number needs to be re-established in the future.
  • Request to have your phone moved to a different location. This is a billable item, which will be paid for by your department.
  • Request to add phone equipment such as a headset, side car or other to your existing phone.
