Description

The UMKC Technology Support Center is equipped to install a wide selection of software offerings that have been approved for use at UMKC. The Technology Support Center can remotely install site-licensed, department-licensed, and individually-licensed software that has already been purchased, as well as other commonly used software and free utilities. Software support is provided for university-owned computers via phone, email, and online portal for all software listed at the Campus-wide support level. Hands-on support is available to many areas on campus for products at the Campus-wide level and installation for products at the Specialized level.

  • Robust support is offered for all UMKC owned computers.
  • Limited support is provided for student's personal devices.
