Relocation incentives are designed to attract new and existing employee to work in targeted areas or titles.
These programs are available to all MUHC employees who meet the criteria of target and high-target positions that are assessed on a quarterly basis.
The relocation agreement that is a special one-time payment. If the employee does not remain employed by University through the end of the two-year period because of resigning or being terminated, the employees agrees to pay back the hiring incentive following this schedule:

If eligible for relocation assistance, the option will be presented at the time of the job offer, allowing the individual to either accept or decline.
