Archive Sharepoint Contents

HR Teams who have reviewed and determined that contents on the HRI_V3 Sharepoint site require historical preservation per UM Records Retention guidelines, need to submit a request for archival of the data.   We ask that you purge any items that:
 

  • Will not be moved to the New Sharepoint site
  • Will not be included in TDX as a Knowledge Article
  • Meet records retention requirements.   
  • Are not a list used in a PowerApp *HRIS team will move those on your behalf.
