The Bug & Issue Reporting Service allows users to report technical issues, system errors, or performance problems encountered in the HRHub - internal web application, which is only accessible via VPN or on-site network.
This service ensures that reported issues are documented, categorized, and assigned to the appropriate development team or CED TechTeam team for timely resolution, improving system reliability and user experience.

- Dropdown selections for issue category and severity level.
- Option to attach screenshots, logs, or recordings.
- Automated Issue Tracking & Notifications
- Every submitted issue receives a unique tracking ID.
- Users receive an automated confirmation email upon submission.
- Status updates are provided as the issue moves through resolution stages.
- 4. Categorization & Prioritization
- Issues can be categorized as:
- UI Bug (display issues, misaligned elements, broken buttons).
- System Crash (application freezing or shutting down).
- Data Error (incorrect information, missing records, access issues).
- Performance Issue (slow loading times, system lag).
- Other (any non-listed problem).
- • Severity Levels:
- Low: Minor inconvenience, does not impact core functionality.
- Medium: Affects usability but has a workaround.
- High: Critical issue, prevents usage of the system.
- Assignment & Escalation
- Reports are automatically assigned to the appropriate IT or development team.
- Critical issues are flagged for immediate escalation.
