Service Overview

Contact the HR Learning Technology team regarding Workplace Violence Prevention (WVP), BERT and Patient Experience 101 (PX101) assignments and learning plan updates.

Features
  • Assignment Inquiry 
    • To request review and confirm if you should or should not have WVP/BERT/PX101 on Cornerstone.  
    • Lab and Dining & Nutrition Services team members must have a ticket submitted on their behalf from a leader to initiate assignment. 
    • Your request will be compared against the current list of approved Combo Codes (HR Dept ID – Job Code-Business Unit) to determine if the assignment is appropriate.  
  • Assignment Removal 
    • Request that WVP/BERT/PX101 is removed from your learning plan on Cornerstone.  
    • If your Combo Code is currently on a list managed by an education committee or clinical education team, your request will be denied and/or escalated for clinical evaluation.  
  • Incorrect Completion Status Listed 
    • Request to have your course completion status updated in Cornerstone for WVP/BERT/PX101.  
    • When requesting, include the following information:  
      1. Confirmation that you did sign the roster (if applicable). 
      2. The date, time and location of the class you attended. 
      3. Photos of any physical packet/class handouts to verify attendance.
