The Competency Submission and Review service simplifies and automates the process of submitting, tracking, and reviewing competency documents. It ensures efficient communication and seamless integration with downstream systems for approved competencies.


When a department needs to make a correction to employee job data for date of most recent row in Job Data, or for a previous date, these won't process by ePAF. Payroll can manually add the changes using a turnaround PAF approved by HR.

The Report Bugs & Issues Service allows internal users to report technical issues, system errors, and performance problems within the internal web application, which is accessible only via VPN or on-site network. Users can submit detailed reports, including issue descriptions, severity levels, and attachments like screenshots or logs.


The Data Integration & ETL Service supports the automated extraction, transformation, and loading of data between systems like Taleo, Canvas, and HRHub. It ensures timely, accurate, and secure data flow across platforms to power reporting, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
