The Annual Mandatory Training Report pulls data from Cornerstone (SBX) and updates once daily. Completions may take up to 24 hours to appear. If your training still doesn’t show after the next day’s refresh, verify it’s marked Completed in Cornerstone and submit a Learning → Mandatory Training → Report Issue ticket.
