The Gallup Employee Engagement Survey is an independent tool used to measure employee engagement and give employees an opportunity to identify MU Health Care’s strengths and opportunities as a workplace. The Gallup survey uses a standard 12-question (The Q12) set to establish engagement values that MU Health Care measures against other hospital systems as well as the global data collected by Gallup.
