Overview
You can quickly view the status of your ticket(s) by logging into the MUHCHR Client Portal.
How do I check the status of my ticket?
- Go to the MUHCHR Client Portal Home page
- If you do not see your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen, click the Sign In to log in.
- Click on View My Requests button at the top of the left column. Then select Ticket Requests on the menu.
- A summary of your request(s) will display on the home page. View the Status column.
- To see more details for a ticket, including the ticket's description and any comments made on the ticket, click on the title of the ticket request. This will take you to a detailed view of the request.
Can't find your ticket request?
- If your request does not display on your Ticket Requests page, click Select all under the Status Class field.
- On this screen, you can search for your request. For example, if you have a lot of open ticket requests, use the Created field to narrow down your search. To see if a request has been marked as Completed or cancelled, change the Status Class field to include those statuses.


- Click Search.
