Updating Employee Reports to in PeopleSoft by ePAF

  1. Login to PeopleSoft at hrprd.umsystem.edu. From your landing page, click on "ePAF Homepage."

  2. In the search box at the upper left-hand corner of the page, enter the Employee ID or name (last,first). 
     
  3. Select the appropriate employee record by clicking the dropdown immediately to the right of the employee's name.

  4. From the dropdown, click on "Reports To/Supervisor ID."

  5. You will see the "Add Job Change: Job Information" page appear. 
    • In the *Effective Date field, enter or select the date the change will be effective. 
    • The *Action and *Reason fields are automatically populated. 
    • Enter the new Supervisor ID

  6. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

  7. The Add Job Change: Results page appears, and will include a confirmation that the update has been submitted.
