Belonging at MU Health Care: Employee Resource Groups

What is an Employee Resource Group (ERG)?

An Employee Resource Group is a group of employees who actively engage around a central unifying background, purpose, mission, or activity.

Why do we have ERGs?

MU Health Care considers Employee Resource Groups a vital way to connect members of the workforce with each other. ERGs provide a sense of belonging while contributing to MU Health Care’s mission of saving and improving lives.

How do I get involved?

Getting involved is easy! Simply email the ERG you are interested in and start participating. There are no requirements to join, and you can be involved in multiple ERGs.

What ERGs do we have at MU Health Care?

We currently have four ERGs:

Women of MU Health Care

Pride Network

African Heritage

                   Bienvenidos
