Answer

Note: If you are unable to connect, try using the DOMAIN\username format in the Identity field. (The domain for most campus students, faculty, and staff will be UM-AD\ and most hospital students, faculty, and staff will use the UMHS-USERS\ domain.)

  1. Go to Apps/Settings.
  2. Click Wi-Fi.
  3. Turn on Wi-Fi.
  4. Choose TigerWiFi from the list.
  5. For EAP choose PEAP.
  6. For Phase 2 authentication choose MSCHAPV2.
  7. For Domain, type umad.umsystem.edu.
  8. For Identity, type the SSO (your University username).
  9. For Password, type your University password.
  10. For newer devices running Android 8 or later, select the Advanced menu.

· Change from Randomly Assign MAC Address to Use MAC Address of this device.

  1. Click Connect.
