How do I enable passwordless sign-in on the Microsoft Authenticator app? 

This enables sign-in without entering your password using phone approval.

Enable Passwordless Sign-In:

1. Open Microsoft Authenticator app.
2. Select your university account.
3. Select Set up passwordless sign-in requests.
4. A message asking you to Sign-in with your phone will display. Select Continue.
5. Sign in using your university credentials and select a method to authenticate.
6. A message will display that requests that you register your device. Select Register.
7. The Microsoft Authenticator app will prompt user verification using biometrics (face or fingerprint) or PIN. A checkmark will show confirmation.
8.  Passwordless sign-in requests will show on Microsoft Authenticator as a verifiable method now.
