Detailed Information
Examples:
- No dial tone.
- Handset, phone, line cord, or handset cord is damaged.
- Calls are disconnected randomly or will not connect.
- Voicemail account is locked due to too many bad passwords.
- Cannot login to or have problems with performance of a Cisco Finesse.
- A Motorola two-way radio is not working properly.
To Start, Stop, or Change Service
- Log in to the DoIT Service Portal with your university username and password.
- Click Request Services.
- Click Networking & Telecom.
- Or type Division of IT Billing in the SEARCH box (top right side of Service Catalog page) to make changes to a MoCode for an existing service.
- Scroll up and click University Phone Service.
- Select the type of service you want to request.
- Complete the information on the request form.
- Click the Submit button at the top of the form.

- modifying the location of the phone
- modifying the owner (assigned name) of a phone
- changing the phone type
- removing / adding the appearance of an additional line (to answer/pickup)
- requesting Voice-over-IP phone use reports

- modifying members or ordering of call distribution to agents
