Adding Authorized User to Touchnet

Question

How do I add someone as an Authorized user to Touchnet? 

Answer

TouchNet Authorized Users can login to view and pay the bill with their email and passwords.

Users will need to use this link when accessing Touchnet after being added: Touchnet Access Portal

1. Sign into myzou.missouri.edu

2. Select Financial Account

3. Select Proceed to Touchnet

4. Select Authorized Users

5. Select Add Authorized User 

6. Enter the Email address, select Permissions to give user, and choose Continue

7. Agree to Terms of adding an Authorized User

8. The Authorized User will receive 2 emails 

  • One to confirm access and the username for the user

  • Another with the Temporary password to set up the account

 Once added you can adjust what access is granted and delete user if needed.
