How to Flag or Unflag a TDX Ticket

Question

Can I follow or favorite a TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket as a technician?

 

Answer

  • Use TDWorkManagement to open the ticket you would like to flag / Unflag.
  • Use the TDWorkManagement search features or one of your dashboards to find and open the ticket you would like to flag / Unflag.
  • From the General tab click the Actions button and select either Flag or Unflag from the drop-down list.Image of the Flag option circled.
  • Exit the ticket.
  • You can use the TDX delivered Tickets/General "My Flagged Tickets" widget in your dashboards for visibility into the tickets you have flagged.Image of the My Flagged Tickets widget.
