How to Flag or Unflag a TDX Ticket

Question

Can I follow or favorite a TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket as a technician?

 

Answer

  • Use TDNext to open the ticket you would like to flag / Unflag.
  • Use the TDNext search features or one of your dashboards to find and open the ticket you would like to flag / Unflag.
  • From the General tab select the Actions button and select either Flag or Unflag from the drop-down list.
  • Exit the ticket.
  • You can use the TDX deliverd Tickets/General "My Flagged Tickets" widget in your dashboards for visibility into the tickets you have flagged.
