Question
Can I follow or favorite a TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket as a technician?
Answer
- Use TDWorkManagement to open the ticket you would like to flag / Unflag.
- Use the TDWorkManagement search features or one of your dashboards to find and open the ticket you would like to flag / Unflag.
- From the General tab click the Actions button and select either Flag or Unflag from the drop-down list.

- Exit the ticket.
- You can use the TDX delivered Tickets/General "My Flagged Tickets" widget in your dashboards for visibility into the tickets you have flagged.
