How do I add Cisco Call to Microsoft Teams?
Answer
Follow these instructions to add Cisco Call to Teams;
1. Select Apps in Teams. 
2. Search for Cisco Call by using the Search field or scrolling through the Categories.
3. Select the Add button.
4. A confirmation message will appear when it has been successfully added to Teams. 
Note: It is strongly encouraged to 'pin' the application to the Teams task bar for easy access. To pin an application, follow these steps;
1. Click the '...' ellipses icon to view more apps.
2. Scroll through or search to locate Cisco Call.
3. Hover your mouse over the app until you can identify another '...' ellipses icon. Click it.
4. Select 'Pin', and you should now notice Cisco Call appearing on your side bar.
