Cisco Webex Calling allows you to create contacts, speed-dial, and manage voicemail. This user guide focuses on contacts, speed-dial settings, and voicemail management.
Contacts
You can manage contacts in Cisco Webex for MS Teams by using speed dial for custom contacts or using your synchronized Outlook Active Directory contacts.

3. Click the + to add a speed dial
- For directory contact – Type the name of the contact and select from the drop down.
- For custom contact – Click Create new speed dial and enter the name and phone number.
