Updating Authorized Signer or MoCode for an Active TDX Ticket

Question

How do I update the Authorized Signer or MoCode on an active ticket?

Answer

1. Confirm what workflow is enabled below requestor info.

2. Choose Remove Workflow under Actions.

3. Then update MoCode or Authorized Signer.

4. Choose Reassign Workflow under Actions.

  • It will have 3 choices MoCode Approval – Basic, Simplified, or with Security Approval Addition

5. Once reassigned, the system will restart the Approval workflow and resend any notifications.
