The new Zoom web interface will be required for use beginning on Nov. 23, 2026. This is a required change for users of umsystem.zoom.us and umsystemprotected.zoom.us.
Beginning Oct. 26, users will have the option to “Try new experience” when logging in to Zoom in a browser (See Fig. 1). Users can toggle between experiences until the new experience is enforced on Nov. 23.

The new web interface features a cleaner layout and aims to make working in a browser feel similar to using the Zoom Workplace app. When logging in, users will be directed to the Home page, which mirrors the Zoom Workplace app (See Fig. 2).

Users can navigate the new web experience using the menu on the left side of the screen, or by selecting the Zoom Products waffle icon to move to different Zoom features (See Fig. 3).

Users will select their profile picture or initials to access their Profile or Settings (See Fig. 4).
