Switching your Zoom account to/from UM System Protected

To switch your Zoom account to UM System or UM System Protected, follow the steps below.

1. Go to https://umsystem.zoom.us or https://umsystemprotected.zoom.us
   (You might need to use another browser, or a private window).
2. Select Login (See Fig. 1).

3. Enter your UM System email address and password to login (See Fig. 2). Multi-factor Authentication must be set up to continue.

4. Select Switch to the New Account (See Fig. 3).

5. Select I Acknowledge and Switch (See Fig. 4).

6. Zoom will send an email to your university email address. Check your inbox, open the email, and select Switch to the new account (See Fig. 5). This will open a new browser window.

7. Select I Acknowledge and Switch (See Fig. 6).

8. Select Sign in Now to your Zoom account on the link above (See Fig. 7).

Zoom campus and vendor resources
