Kudos is the platform for MU Health Care employees to recognize other employees and their positive impact to our culture, our teams and our community.
Employees can choose to select various categories to give thanks to others across the organization. The categories are as follows:
Leaders have “points” they can distribute to employees and those can be redeemed through the Kudos Rewards+ portal to purchase items.
