The ITRSS Research Facilitators help bridge the gap between technical and practical problem solving for researchers’ projects that utilize HPC services. Ensuring that researchers have access to the resources they need is our top priority. This may include troubleshooting, or collaborating with other IT teams. The Research Facilitators take proactive steps to promote education of the HPC systems, through various user trainings, videos, and knowledge base articles.
